309 Stainless Steel Tube Supplier in China
Professional 309 Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturer
309 stainless steel tube belongs to the family of austenitic stainless steel and can be easily formed, stamped and drawn by standard shop fabrication. But it can not be hardened through heat treatment. We have customized 309 stainless steel tubes with different shapes, sizes and types. Just send us your requirements for more details.
Diverse Applications
Normally, 309 stainless steel tube is often used for higher temperature applications, like aircraft and jet engine parts, furnace components, fireboxes, heat exchangers, carburizing annealing products, heating elements and boiler baffles. And thermal, deep sour wells, drilling, offshore drilling and production, arctic exploration and production, electrical, and ornamental applications also need it. What’s more, some refinery and chemical processing equipment, incinerator, salt pots, thermo wells, gas turbines, and carburizing boxes are made from 309 stainless steel tubes.

Multiple Features
309 stainless steel tube has high corrosion resistance, high tensile and temperature oxidation resistance. And it is easy to weld and process. In addition, resistance to creep deformation and environmental attack makes 309 stainless steel tube superior to other grades. What’s more, 309 stainless steel tube has good strength at room and high temperatures.

309 stainless steel is generally magnetic, although the magnetism is typically weak compared to materials like iron. The presence of nickel in its composition can contribute to its magnetic behavior, but the degree of magnetism may vary depending on factors such as composition, processing, and treatment.
If you need stainless steel with general corrosion resistance and good weldability for standard applications, 304 stainless steel is a suitable choice. If your application involves high temperatures and requires excellent resistance to oxidation, 309 stainless steel is more appropriate.
