Quality Assurance Tests
To ensure the quality of 410 SS plates, we strictly performed different types of non-destructive and destructive tests such as:
- macro and micro test
- flaring test
- chemical analysis
- flattening test
- positive material identification
- pitting resistance test
- mechanical testing such as tensile of area, reduction, and elongation
- hardness test
- radiographic test
- crushing and buckling test

Corrosion Resistance
410 stainless steel plates perform well in settings that need a high level of mechanical qualities and moderate corrosion resistance. They are resistant to some water, chemicals, and atmospheric conditions. You can also use them in conditions that involve diluted or weak acetic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and naptha. Also, they are resistant to the acids that are found in food.
Additionally, 410 SS plates are suitable for use in slightly chlorinated and deaerated water. They have good performance in gas & oil applications where low hydrogen sulfide and deaerated water exist.
