Alloy 20 Bar | UNS N08020
Alloy 20 bars also known as UNS N08020 bars are austenitic alloys comprised of chromium, nickel, and iron. The chromium and nickel elements make the alloy more resistant to corrosion, chloride ion, nitric acid, and other oxidizing conditions.
Tuolian Alloy 20 Bar
UNS N08020 bars also provide excellent resistance to extreme crevice corrosion, pitting, and hostile condition due to their molybdenum and copper content. Therefore, it is recommended for use in chemical processing, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.
Tuolian provides alloy 20 bars in various shapes including round, triangle, rectangular, channel, angle, hollow, flat, and threaded. All have billet sizes up to 495mm diameter with dimensions as per EN, DIN, ASME, JIS, ASTM, AISI, and BS.
In terms of machinability, various surface finishes are possible such as hot rolled pickled, sandblasting, polished, hot rolled, cold drawn, hot rolled annealed, and many more.
