BA Stainless Steel Manufacturer in China
Bright annealed stainless steel is referred to as stainless steel BA finish. It is produced by the mills for cold-rolled stainless steel. Primarily for the grades AISI 304 and AISI 316. It is also ideal for thicknesses up to a maximum of 3.0 mm.
TuoLian BA stainless steel has a mirror-like surface. It maintains a highly reflective finish. They can be cut to your specifications. Plus, will be delivered with a full set of mill test reports. One side of the sheet has PVC film added. It helps avoid scratches during production and installation. If you need samples of bright annealed stainless steel for your reference, please contact us!
BA Stainless Steel Distinctive Features

The BA Stainless Steel Production Process
TuoLian utilizes two types of steel: 304 – which is used for interior construction, and 316, which is utilized for external construction. The bending machine is configured to bend stainless steel tubes according to drawings. It creates an optimized cut list.
The stainless steel is then cut, bent, and constructed following the drawing’s specifications. Welds are ground off, and the item can either be mirror polished or sanitized depending on the required finish. The next step is welding on the brackets, followed by drawing-based assembly.

The 2B surface on stainless steel is typically visible after pickling;
It resembles the natural surface of the metal, especially on thin cold-rolled sheets, strips, coils, and pipes.
The 2B surface is also gray; no rust, scratches, waves, clip gray, other colors, or peeling should be present.
The surface BA and 2B are significantly distinct from one another.
2B is the base surface and the BA surface is treated similarly.
However, polishing is where 2B and BA differ most obviously and significantly.
For BA, one side is still 2B, but the other side is polished to a depth of about 400 Grit.
That is what we always refer to as polishing side A and side B.
The greatest difference between 2B and BA is that people could see themselves on the surface of BA.
At exterior packing, BA and 2B differ from one another.
However, for 2B, it is base finishing of stainless steel, therefore we just need to apply the film or PVC cover because BA has another side that is polishing.
The price difference between stainless steel plate finishes 2B and BA is the last major distinction.
