Tuolian Hastelloy B4
Hastelloy B4 is also referred to as Alloy B4 or UNS N10665. It is nickel-molybdenum alloy known for its exceptional resistance to corrosion and oxidation in high temperature applications.
Hastelloy B4 is composed of nickel, with significant amounts of molybdenum, chromium, iron, tungsten, and cobalt. This unique composition gives it exceptional resistance to a broad array of highly corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, & phosphoric acid.
This alloy is commonly used in chemical processing, oil and gas industry, waste treatment, pharmaceutical industries. Hastelloy is popular in the production of reactors, heat exchangers, and others.
In terms of its physical properties, Hastelloy B4 has a high melting point of 1,350°C (2,462°F), and a density of 9.22 g/cm³. It also has superior mechanical strength and can withstand high stresses/strains.
