Hastelloy C22 Rod
Hastelloy C22 rod also known as alloy C22 rod. It has a UNS designation of N06022. Rod made from Hastelloy C22 is reliable and safe for various applications. This alloy is composed of nickel-chromium-molybdenum elements. With high chromium content, this austenitic grade alloy can resist harsh oxidizing aqueous media. The nickel content helps to withstand the formation of grain-boundary precipitates at high temperatures. Also, the tungsten and molybdenum elements also help this rod to withstand various reducing media.

Tuolian - Hastelloy C22 Rod
Hastelloy C22 rod from Tuolian can handle all forms of corrosion such as crevice attack, chloride-induced pitting, inorganic, & organic solutions, ferric acids, seawater, and more. However, this type of rod is not recommended at above 1250° F service temperature.
Due to its outstanding composition and properties, the Hastelloy C22 rod has good ductility and malleability. It can be shaped using accurate techniques such as hot and cold working. The various forms include round rods, flat rods, hexagonal rods, channel bars, angle bars, rectangle bars, etc. The final products can also be surface polished based on your requests. It includes pickled, bright, rough turned, matt finish, BA finish, peeled and reeled, and more.
Hastelloy C22 rod is available in 0.1mm-100 mm diameter and 100mm-3000mm length. But we can also provide custom cut-to-size service to satisfy your needs.
Whether you need forged steel rods, alloy c22 bright rods, polished & black C22 rods, Hastelloy C22 welding rods, or Hastelloy C22 TIG rods, we can process and provide them for you at the highest quality.
At Tuolian, you can guarantee high-profile rods made from industry-standard specifications such as ASTM, ASME, JIS, DIN, ISO, AMS, and more. In our facility, we conducted different types of testing and inspection. Hence, we ensure 100% quality and performance. The tests performed for the Hastelloy C22 rod include destructive and non-destructive tests, hardness tests, positive material identification tests, chemical and mechanical tests, macro/micro tests, and more. Necessary inspection reports are provided for you to assure good products.
