Hastelloy C22
TuoLian offers Hastelloy C22 or known by the trade names Haynes 622 and Inconel C-22. It is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that is resistant to a wide range of corrosive environments, including wet chlorine gas, sulfuric acid, and seawater.
Hastelloy C22 retains its strength and ductility even at high temperatures, making it suitable for use in high-temperature applications. It is easy to weld using a variety of welding methods, including gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW).
Hastelloy C22 is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion, making it suitable for use in harsh environments where other alloys may fail.
