Hastelloy G30 Rod
The Hastelloy G-30 rod is made for applications involving severe corrosion in pulp and paper manufacturing, pollution control, chemical processing, and other fields. The high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy Hastelloy G-30 has outstanding corrosion resistance in a variety of challenging conditions, including strongly oxygenating, diminishing, and mixed acid solutions.

Our Hastelloy G-30 rod has the details of the following specification, the size range of 0.125” to 8”, special lengths up to 12 feet; the surface finish, smooth and polished; the condition, cold drawn, centerless ground, or peeled and polished. The minimum ultimate tensile strength is 100 ksi (690 MPa) in terms of mechanical properties. The minimum yield strength is 40 ksi (276 MPa). Minimum elongation of 40%. Brinell 200 maximum hardness.
These rods can be customized to fit the needs of certain projects owing to their availability in custom lengths.
