Incoloy 20 Pipe

Incoloy 20 pipes are also referred to as Carpenter 20 or alloy 20 pipes. They are an austenitic alloy commonly used for water systems, food processing, pickling equipment, exhaust systems, boilers, condensers, chemical processing, and other applications.

Moreover, the alloy 20 pipes have excellent weldability, elevated mechanical property, superior corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, and low magnetic permeability. They can also withstand acids such as nitric acids, phosphoric acids, and sulfuric acids.

There are two types of alloy 20 pipes available: Seamless and Welded. Incoloy 20 seamless pipes are produced by extruding and drawing a billet. They have better pressure resistance than others. On the other hand, Incoloy 20 welded pipes are more affordable than seamless types. They are also produced by rolling the plate and welding their seams. There are different types of Incoloy 20 welded pipes which include SAW, EFW, and ERW pipes.

Tuolian offers seamless and welded Incoloy 20 pipes in single lengths, double random lengths, or custom-cut lengths. We also offer them in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm up to 20mm. Our alloy 20 pipes can also be designed in shapes such as square, rectangular, round, hexagonal, or custom shape.

The ends of alloy 20 pipes can also be threaded, beveled, or just plain end depending on your needs.
