Tuolian INCOLOY 800H Pipe
Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810) pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy widely used in a variety of industries. It has excellent strength and durability. This material also resists oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion.
A popular choice in aerospace, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation, oil & gas, and nuclear industries.
The pipe can be supplied in seamless or welded form, depending on the customer’s needs. The seamless form is available in 0.5 to 20mm thicknesses and 4mm to 219mm sizes. While the welded form is accessible in 5.0 – 1219.2 mm size and 0.5 – 20mm thicknesses. We can also provide custom-cut sizes and lengths to meet specific project requirements.
As a leading manufacturer of INCOLOY 800H Pipe, we are dedicated to manufacturing top-quality products and offer exceptional service. All products undergo rigorous testing & inspection. Thus, you can guarantee 100% quality and performance.

Heat Treatment
Annealed at temperatures between 982°C (1800°F) and 1149°C (2100°F) for a period of 15 minutes to 1 hour per inch of thickness, followed by air cooling or water quenching. This annealing process helps to restore the alloy’s ductility and reduce any residual stresses from cold working or forming.
Workability
INCOLOY 800H Pipe has good workability and can be formed using a variety of techniques such as cold and hot working, forging, and machining. The alloy has high ductility. Thus, easily welded using common welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, & SAW.
However, due to its high nickel content, INCOLOY 800H Pipe can be difficult to machine & requires special tooling and techniques. Thus, we use low cutting speeds, heavy feed rates, & high coolant pressure to prevent work hardening and cracking.
