Tuolian Incoloy 840
A high-temperature alloy known as Incoloy 840 is primarily employed because of its exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. Nickel, chromium, iron, as well as trace amounts of silicon, carbon, and manganese, contribute to its chemical composition.
They are the perfect material for use in chemical processing since it also has strong resistance to acidic environments like sulfuric acid. High strength, sturdiness, and resistance to extreme temperatures and harsh environments are all qualities associated with Incoloy 840.
Incoloy 840 is important for food engineering and chemical processes. It is a material that is usually used to fabricate industrial components and accessories, such as electric heating tubes, air heat exchanger, flame retardant alloy, marine product pipeline system, temperature boxes, evaporator, flanges, valves, washing, dip tube, etc.
We offer Incoloy 840 in a variety of specifications and forms. This material can be manufactured as pipes, tubes, bars, plates, sheets, strips, rods, fittings, wires, forgings, and other supporting materials.
The bars and rods are manufactured in sizes ranging from 14mm to 300mm; diameter from 0.1mm to 100mm; thicknesses from 1m to 6m and above; thicknesses from 50mm to 600mm. Also, sheets and plates are available in 2000mm to 6000mm length; 1000mm to 2000mm width; 0.3mm to 20mm thickness range.
Every material is provided in custom sizes, thicknesses, and shapes based on your particular needs.

- SEW standards
On a physical level, Incoloy 840 has an 8.5 g/cm3 or so for density, a thermal conductivity of approximately 120 W/m-K, an elasticity modulus of about 200 GPA, and a melting point that is just below 2,500 °F. This shows that Incoloy 840 material is safe and reliable to withstand various operations under higher temperatures.
Custom finishes for Incoloy 840 are available, such as bright finish, polished finish, black finish, mill finish, and mirror finish. This ensures that the materials are free from any scratch or impurities and protected from damaging corrosive elements and wear.
