Tuolian Inconel 600 Rod
Inconel 600 rod is also called Altemp 600 or UNS N06600. It is a nickel-chromium alloy with physical rod form. Literally cylindrical in shape and comes in small diameters to larger diameters. The small diameter rods can range from 0.5 mm to 10 mm. While larger diameter rods can range from 10 mm to 200 mm or more. We can custom the exact diameter of Inconel 600 rod to meet your applications.
Rods made from Inconel 600 are popular due to high temperature capability of up to around 2150°F (1177°C). We are confident they are excellent alloys for your applications that require resistance to high temperature and corrosion.
If you need Inconel 600 rods, Tuolian can be your reliable partner!

Heat Treating Equipment:
Inconel 600 rods are used in heat treating equipment as furnace muffles, radiant tubes, and thermocouple protection tubes.
Chemical Processing:
Use to produce heat exchangers, distillation columns, and reactor vessels.
Electrical Industry:
Use as heating elements and resistance wires due to the material high electrical conductivity.
Medical Industry:
Use in medical applications to make implantable devices, surgical instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
We produce rods from Inconel 600 through a process known as hot rolling.
Hot rolling process involves heating the alloy and then rolling it into the desired shape. The created rods can then be further processed through machining, grinding, or other methods to meet specific size requirements.
