Tuolian Inconel 600 | UNS N06600 | 2.4816 W.Nr
Inconel 600 or alloy 600 is a high-strength material composed of nickel (N), chromium (Cr), and iron (Fe) elements. The high nickel content allows this alloy to withstand various organic & inorganic compounds. Chromium helps to resist sulfur compounds at elevated temperatures.
This alloy 600 can withstand temperature up to 1095-degree Celsius. They can also operate in stress and salt water, exhaust gases, steam & mixtures of steam, carbon dioxide, air, and more. However, Inconel 600 has poor performance in strong oxidizing such as hot, concentrated nitric acid.
Due to its excellent mechanical properties and ductility, Inconel 600 is suitable for various fabrication methods. That includes heat treatment, hot working, machining, cold working, and welding.
At Tuolian, we can manufacture Inconel 600 in various standard forms. Whether you need Inconel 600 tubing, Inconel 600 sheet, Inconel 600 plate, Inconel 600 pipe, or Inconel 600 bars, we can supply the Inconel 600 material and sizes for your projects.
Our standard sizes for tube range from 12mm to 260mm. The pipe is available at 0.5 inches to 8 inches, 2mm-6 mm thickness sheets, up to 3000 or more length Inconel 600 bars, etc. Inconel 600 product form can be custom-cut to size depending on your thickness and length specifications. Various polished finishes are available such as #1, #2, #BA, #2D, and more. Choose the right surface treatment for your products.
