Tuolian Inconel 625 Coil
Inconel 625 is a nickel-based alloy that is highly resistant to corrosion and extreme temperatures between 1200° F – 1400° F. The properties of the Inconel 625 Coil make it excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and intergranular attack. They can withstand environmental media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, alkali solutions, etc.
This coil is a popular choice for a variety of industrial applications, including aerospace, oil and gas, chemical processing, & marine engineering. Its high tensile strength and fatigue resistance makes it suitable for use in structural applications.
At Tuolian, we manufacture coils in length sizes up to 6000mm, widths of 3500mm, and 0.3 mm to 120mm thicknesses. They can be customized to suit specific requirements.
Inconel 625 Coil is easy to weld, and it can be formed into different shapes using conventional techniques. You can request shim coil form, plain coils, strips, flats, rings (flange), blank (circle), and more. Various surface finishes are also available such as polished, matte, hot rolled, cold rolled, SATIN, 2B, 2D, etc.
