Inconel 625 Strip | UNS N06625
The Inconel 625 strips are commonly designated equivalent to UNS N06625. This metal strip is made up of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and niobium. It is non-magnetic and has excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, which means it doesn’t rust easily and can withstand high temperatures and harsh environments.
These metal strips are also available in heat-treated conditions categorized into two. Grade 1 (annealed) Inconel 625 strips can be used for temperatures up to 593⁰C. On the other hand, Grade 2 (solution annealed) strips are usually used for applications that require more than 593⁰C where rupture and creep resistance are necessary.
Professional Inconel 625 Strips Manufacturer in China – Tuolian
We supply Inconel 625 strips that can maintain its strength and integrity even when subjected to extreme heat and other challenging conditions that would typically cause other materials to break down and fail.
These are also designed to provide excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, excellent corrosion-fatigue strength, chloride ion resistance, and more.
We offer a wide range of Inconel 625 strips that are ideal for the fabrication of diaphragms, honeycombs, heat exchangers, bellows, seals, springs, turbine components, and more.
At Tuolian, we offer Inconel 625 strips in different thicknesses ranging from 0.005 inches to 0.018 inches, and are only available in cold-rolled condition. These are usually cut using the shearing or slitting process to ensure accurate thickness.
Also, Tuolian supplies UNS N06625 strips for different industries including automotive, aerospace, marine, nuclear, power generation, chemical processing, oil, and industry.
