Monel 400 Coil
Monel 400 coils are an alloy that mainly consists of nickel and copper. That is why they are also known as Alloy 400 coils. These coils are also added with elements such as cobalt and sulfur. Typically, alloy 400 coils are used for exhaust applications, furnaces, hot water tanks, hydraulic lines, pressure vessels, chemical equipment, and other applications and industries.
Monel 400 Coil Manufacturer | Tuolian
The alloy 400 coils are ideal for these applications due to their high durability, excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and good weldability. Moreover, they are resistant to alkaline atmospheres, high temperatures, non-oxidizing chloride, hydrofluoric acids, and hydrochloric acids.
There are two techniques for producing Monel alloy 400 coils: Cold Rolling & Hot Rolling. They are produced by rolling up or flattening Monel alloy 400 plate or sheet.
Here at Tuolian, we offer hot-rolled and cold-rolled Monel 400 coils in a wide range of lengths, thicknesses, and other configurations to suit any project needs. To meet your specific needs, we can also customize them to your exact requirements.
