Tuolian Monel 400 Rod
Monel 400 (UNS N04400) rod is a high-performance alloy. It consists of copper, nickel, and small amounts of manganese, iron, silicon, carbon, & sulfur.
These rods are highly resistant to seawater, organic compounds, acidic and alkaline solutions. Due to that, they are used in the production of high-pressure vessels and tanks, seawater pumps, valves, and piping systems.
You can use Monel 400 in various applications for example Marine engineering, chemical, and hydrocarbon processing equipment, oil and gas extraction and processing, heat exchangers, the aerospace industry, and more.
At Tuolian, we supply Monel 400 rods in various shapes such as round, hexagonal, and square shapes. They can be manufactured in 50 mm – 500 mm lengths and up to 25mm in diameter to suit specific requirements. Monel 400 rods are available in hot-rolled, cold-drawn, or centerless ground conditions. These processes can affect the rod’s dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
