Leading Monel K500 Sheet Supplier – Tuolian
Monel K500 Sheet is also referred to as the UNS N05500 sheet. A highly durable & corrosion-resistant metal sheet. It is made from a nickel-copper alloy that includes small amounts of aluminum and titanium. Due to its composition elements, this material is known for its outstanding strength, toughness, & resistance to a variety of harsh environments.
The alloy can withstand acids, seawater, and alkaline solutions. Thus, ideal for use in marine & chemical processing applications. Monel K500 Sheet can also handle high temperatures & pressures, a reliable material for the oil and gas industry.
At Tuolian, our Monel K500 Sheet is produced to meet rigorous industry standards and specifications such as ASTM B865, ASTM B127, ASME SB127, and hardness as per ASME A & NACE MR 175. It is available in up to 2000mm in width, 6000 mm in length, 0.025″ – 0.125″ (0.635mm – 3.175mm) thickness, or custom sizes. Various surface finish is accessible based on your request. It includes cold rolled, hot rolled, 2b, ba, no.4, hairline, mirror, etc.
In our facility, we perform various material testing procedures including chemical analysis, mechanical testing, hardness testing, and corrosion resistance testing. We also perform non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, & visual inspection. These testing processes can identify any defects or flaws in the material.
