Surface Option You Can Choose
To improve the appearance, durability, and corrosion resistance of your stainless steel coil, we can make any finishing option on the material surface. Whether you need Polishing surface, Brushing surface, Passivation surface, Electroplating or Powder coating surface, Tuolian can always supply them to you.

SS Coil By Thinckness
Tuolian can supply you stainless steel coil from 1mm to 20mm by roll, or just cut to size. Whether you need Thin gauge, Medium gauge or Heavy gauge , we can always satisfy your needs.
Different Classifications of Stainless Steel Coil According to Its Material
Austenitic structured ss coils contains 18% chromium, 0.1% carbon, and 8-25% nickel. It has characteristics such as low strength, plasticity, and high toughness.
Stainless steel coils that belong to the martensitic classification have adjustable mechanical properties by appropriate heat treatment.
Duplex stainless steel sheet rolls are composed of half the structure of ferrite and austenitic. It is composed of 18-28% chromium and 3-10% nickel. These materials also contain Ti, Nb, Mo, Si, N, and Cu elements.
The ferritic stainless steel coils have a structure like a body-centered cubic crystal. It is composed of 15-30% chromium and does not contain elements such as nickel. These materials are characterized by excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, small expansion coefficient, and thermal conductivity.
Advantages of Using a Stainless Steel Coil
Our stainless steel coils not only resist corrosion, rust, and water staining but also offer superior weldability, polishability, workability, and processability. They have a longer lifespan compared to copper or aluminum. Furthermore, our stainless steel coils exhibit exceptional thermal conductivity and can withstand temperatures up to 2000 degrees. Their high strength and toughness make them reliable for various applications. Additionally, these coils require minimal maintenance, with simple daily cleaning being sufficient.

Applications for Stainless Steel Coils
Stainless steel coils find extensive use across industries such as electrical and electronic, food and beverage, automotive, architectural, medical and surgical, aerospace, construction, and household sectors. They are utilized in kitchen equipment, heat exchangers, expansion joints, furnace parts, metal molding, metal trim, hinges, and cabinet hardware, among others.
What You Can Make From Stainless Steel Coils
- Stainless Steel Heating Coil
- Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Coil
- Stainless Steel Evaporator Coil
- Stainless Steel Brake Line Coil
- Stainless Steel Chiller Coil
- Stainless Steel Condenser Coil
- Stainless Steel Feeler Coil
- Stainless Steel Pressure Washer Coil

We offer two edge options for our stainless steel coils. The first is mill edges, which are non-trimmed after annealing and the hot/cold rolling process. They feature irregular pinhole lines with diameters ranging from 10mm to 15mm. The second option is slit edges, which are trimmed using a slitting machine, resulting in irregular pinhole lines.

To ensure the safe and complete delivery of your goods, we use standard export sea packaging with waterproof paper winding, wooden cases or pallets, and PVC film via international express. We also provide special packaging options tailored to your specific requirements.
The hs code of stainless steel coil is 722090.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you clean stainless steel coils effectively:
- Safety precautions
- Locate the coils
- Remove loose debris
- Vacuum cleaning
- Stubborn dirt or grime
- Rinse the coils
- Dry the coils
- Reassemble and test
The temperature at which stainless steel coils operate can vary depending on their specific application and the type of stainless steel used. Here are some general guidelines:
- Austenitic Stainless Steel can typically handle temperatures up to 870°C (1600°F) before experiencing significant scaling or oxidation.
- Ferritic Stainless Steel has a maximum operating temperature of around 760°C (1400°F) before experiencing significant scaling or oxidation.
- Martensitic Stainless Steel can typically handle temperatures up to around 650°C (1200°F) before significant scaling or oxidation occurs.
For specific applications, it is always advisable to consult the manufacturer or a materials engineer to determine the appropriate operating temperature range for the stainless steel coil in question.
